Rather than change the article title, Crecente’s being stubborn about defending it as “Not a spoiler”.

As someone who is about two-thirds of the way through Halo: Reach at the moment, I would like to let people know that this Easter Egg has been spoiled for me. By Brian Crecente’s article title.

Another way of looking at it is like, oh I don’t know, an Easter Egg hunt. Wouldn’t Easter egg hunts have been fun when you were younger if as soon as you stepped into the garden one of the bigger kids pointed each and every location out to you?

Hey, the special egg is in that bush by the tree! Hey, Master Chief makes an appearance in Halo Reach!

I know that if I’d have found this by myself once I reached the end I’d have been stoked. Now I’d look and think, yep, there he is indeed. Just like in that video I saw last week. Thanks Brian.
