Also, yes, in case you were wondering, this whole “blip” and “quick bite” thing that became prevalent last year is still in the upper echelons of lazy games journalism. Don’t use what amounts to a glorified Tweet as a news article. No, right, ‘cos… ‘cos this is obviously a promo for, like, Super Muscle Pull Panic!, or something. PS3 exclusive, I reckon. A Capcom-unity member — a fan, someone not officially associated with Capcom — did. Something that is quite clear, had VG247 spent 10 seconds looking at the source post on Capcom-unity.com: The man at Capcom who I consider to be our figurine guru, Josh, sent an email over to me this morning with this. A fully custom Chuck Greene figure from Dead Rising 2. The creator, loosecollector, says this about it:  “Good day guys! First for the day is Chuck Greene of DeadRising. He’s in the zombie @$$-kicking business. And he does it while looking cool. His character’s “looks” was inspired by Thomas Jane, so the logical choice for base would be the Jane-Punisher :-). He’s got arms from a Buffy fig and hands from a DCUC. The jacket and hair were sculpted parts. Paint job took the most work as all the details were hand-painted. He also carries as pistol… to intimidate zombies :-). Hope you like him! God bless.” I mean, Christ, folks. Sigh.

He’s already in Tatsunoko Vs Capcom, and Lost Planet 2; there’s a nod in his direction in Left 4 Dead 2’s The Passing, and thanks to some silhouettes of unannounced characters in Marvel vs Capcom 3 – he’s likely in that as well. Yes, that vague silhouette of what appears to be a guy in a jacket is very clearly God damn Frank West. VG247: “God damn Frank West” to be in more Capcom games, says Killian [April 27th, 2010]
